My Plans

OK, let's make some ground-rules.

1. I'm only going to weigh myself every Sunday morning (right after I check post secret!). This will hopefully stop post-weigh-in binges I've been accustomed to for the past few years.

2. I'm going to start exercising 6 times a week. I actually enjoy exercise so this won't be hard. I'm also studying for my A Levels at the moment and find exercise really helps me to focus.

3. Eating: Basically, I'm just planning to eat wholesome, natural foods as far as humanely possible. I've already basically cut out dairy so I'm going to completely get rid of that. Sugar is another frenemy, so for the time being that's out too.

I'm actually really excited about feeling better. On health kicks before, I've felt so energised and healthy, right up until the inevitable binge. I'm hoping writing everything down here will help prevent this, with the support of my readers.

At the moment, at my highest weight in the last year or so, I feel sluggish, have limited concentration and my skin looks awful. I'm hoping that at this time next week I'll feel leaps and bounds better, both physically and mentally.
